Attendance Policy
- 85% attendance is mandatory as per UNI/PNC/PMF rules; students with attendance <85% shall not be allowed to appear in UNI/PMF/NEBP Exams.
- Students can avail total 30 days in the one academic year. However no single leave is allowed on clinical rotation.
- Repeated absence from college/hospital duties will make student liable to expulsion from training.
Discipline Policy
- Students are required to wear full uniform during college and hospital rotation.
- Students are required to avoiding exaggerated fashions and tidy in their dress code.
- Students are required to carry their identity cards during college hours, hospital rotation and wherever they are going out on field visits
- Students should maintain silence in class, library, reading room and corridors.
- No student will be allowed to appear in UNI/PMF/NEBP annual examination unless he/she clear all college/hostel dues.
- Students are not allowed to leave college/hospital without permission. If student has any problem, he/she will inform class representative. Class representative will intimate to Program Coordinator.
- If the problem is not solved at Program Coordinator level, it will be presented to Principal. No student will bypass this channel; exceptions are allowed if the problem is utmost urgent/serious.
- Students are not allowed to receive gift or gratuity of any sort at any time from patients or their attendants.
Termination Policy
- Immediate termination with no fee return on finding fake documents at any stage.
- 07 days absent without prior notification or permission from Program Coordinator.
- Non-payment of semester fee after 03 months of semester commencement.
- Immediate termination after necessary investigation on commission of:
- Teaching serious disciplinary violation.
- Misconduct with teachers, administration or hospital staff.
- Immoral activities with female students.
Re-Admission Policy
- Termination after 1st and final warning letter misconduct with teachers, administration or hospital staff.
- Non-paying tuition fee and termination due to absentee cases are only eligible for re-admission on re-payment of admission fee within 07 days of termination.
Uniform
- A white cotton/wash-n-wear uniform including:
- Knee length, full sleeves shirt with coat collar.
- Proper shalwar qameez lab coat with dupatta (Pent shirt lab coat with tie).
- Make-up and jewelry are not allowed.
- Students are directed to wear black shoes, black joggers with black socks as a part of their uniform.
- Open slippers are not allowed.
- Open is levied and strict disciplinary action is taken in case of non-observance uniform.
- Only black head scarf is permitted.
- Immoral activities with female students.
College Identity Card
- Abayas should be taken off once inside the college premises.
- The college has a separate abaya room to keep abayas under the supervision.
- On admission, every student must get her college ID Card issued by the college. If the card is lost, duplicate card with double fee can be issued.
- It is essential for every student to wear ID Card during college hours to specify her identity as a regular student.
Attendance
- Students must be regular and their attendance percentage should not be less than 75% as it essential requirement for promotion to the next class. In case the percentage falls short, students will not be allowed to appear Board examination as per rules.
- Students can avail themselves of a maximum of 2 days leave in a month.
- If a student is absent continuously or irregularly for 10 days in a month, her/his name will be struck off from the college.
- The parents will be bound for the meeting with the principal on the assigned date. Only one re-admission will be considered as per rules. The admission to Board can also be withheld on short attendance.
- Students are directed to wear black shoes, black joggers with black socks as a part of their uniform.
- Category / Discipline:
- Incomplete uniform Rs. 200
- Without uniform Rs. 500
- Breach of any discipline Rs. 500 up to Rs. 1000
Leave Application
- A booklet containing leave forms is available at the admin office.
- Leave application up to 3 days is to be sanctioned by subject teacher before being given to the leave incharge.
- Leave up to 15 days is to be sanctioned by the leave Principal only.
- Application for 6 or more days leave do not accompany the leave form.
- A student suffering from an infectious disease must be accompanied by a medical certificate.
- Students who remain absent from the college without proper sanction of leave by the leave sanctioning authority continuously for a period of 10 days shall automatically stand dropped out from the College Roll.
- Students as per Board Rules, Students attendance must be ensured at 75% at any cost.
Parent Teacher Meeting
- Parent teacher meeting will be held twice a year i.e. after Mid Term and promotion examination.
